To support our growth ambitions responsibly and transparently, we are looking for a Professional Support Lawyer – Compliance & Corporate. In this role, you will help us ensure the highest standards of integrity, governance, and compliance across the organisation.


Your impact

As Professional Support Lawyer – Compliance & Corporate, you will be a trusted partner for management and the Group Legal & Tax team. You will translate complex regulations into clear internal policies and ensure compliance and governance processes are embedded in our daily operations. You will also contribute to the further professionalisation of our corporate decision-making and risk management structures.


Key responsibilities

  • Advise management on compliance, corporate governance, and risk-related topics
  • Develop and monitor the Internal Control Program (ICP)
  • Identify relevant laws and regulations (e.g. anti-corruption, sanctions, ESG) and translate them into company policies and practices
  • Draft and update compliance and governance guidelines and procedures
  • Organise and deliver compliance training and awareness sessions
  • Coordinate internal audits and follow-up actions
  • Support the preparation and documentation of decision-making processes, shareholder meetings, and corporate resolutions

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s (HBO) or Master’s (WO) degree in Law, Business Administration, or Public Administration
  • Experience in compliance, corporate governance, or risk management, preferably in an international setting
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (anti-corruption, sanctions, ESG, corporate governance)
  • A recognised compliance qualification (e.g. NCI, Compliance Professional Programme) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach

  • Gross annual salary of €59,940 – €79,920 (including 8% holiday allowance, excluding bonus)
